Indian Champissage (head, neck & scalp massage)

A combination of relaxation techniques such as effleurage & petrissage are used to work with the soft tissues of the body to promote stress reduction & relaxation. More specific techniques are used when addressing acute musculotendinous issues, and may include myofascial work, trigger point release, active engagement release and other techniques that specifically target the troubled muscle fibers.
